The two-story steel frame with load-bearing tilt wall panel structure is complemented by a custom curtainwall glass system, architectural metal wall panels, decorative louvers, and unique architectural roof screen walls. To support technology needs, a data center, generator and UPS backup power, high performance rooftop unit with integrated controls are installed.

The challenging site includes undocumented fill soils plus mass and trench rock. Several retaining walls are put in place to accommodate the 60’+ gradient difference across the site.

Site amenities include a raised outdoor cafe dining and meeting area with hardscape and landscape features, as well as extensive hardscape walking paths, enhanced landscaping, and smaller outdoor seating areas. The site is graded for a future 75,000-SF expansion.

Extensive glass walls, a mix of open offices, management offices, conference rooms, huddle and team meeting spaces support day-to-day operations. Employees can enjoy cafe and dining spaces plus a two-story lobby and overlook with monumental staircase, glass railings, and branding millwork.
