The 80-acre site supports high-volume manufacturing with more than 400 employee parking spaces, two truck courts, secured storage, extensive utility improvements, an electrical substation, and retaining walls. Careful coordination and logistics ensure Trane's operations remain uninterrupted throughout construction.
The facility features insulated load-bearing precast concrete wall panels, LED lighting, and fully conditioned HVAC served by self-contained rooftop units. The structure, roofing, and fire protection systems are engineered to meet FM Global standards for long-term performance and reliability.
