Aubree Garrison

Aubree leads business development for Choate’s new Tampa office with an eye toward long-term partnerships and community impact. Grounded and intentional in her approach, she thrives on getting to know people, understanding what matters most to them, and creating meaningful connections that support clients, colleagues, and the broader Tampa market.

What is one word you would use to describe yourself as a child and why?

Fearless. I still am in many ways, and I’m grateful for that trait. Taking risks and trying new things has brought me to where I am today. That’s not to say I haven’t made mistakes or gotten hurt along the way—but without risk, there’s little reward, and I’m thankful for where I am now.

What’s something you like to do the old-fashioned way?

Reading—old-fashioned style. I love reading a book or the newspaper in my hands instead of on a screen. There’s something about sitting down with a cup of coffee, pulling out a highlighter and pen, and really engaging with something physical that feels grounding and intentional.

What aspect of your role do you enjoy the most?

The people. I love the people I work with at Choate, and I’m grateful for the opportunity—especially in business development—to build relationships, meet new people every day, and find meaningful ways to connect. I enjoy helping make connections, supporting clients, and contributing to the community in any way I can.
