The Choate and Perkins + Will team were challenged with bringing this unique outdoor project to life in an astonishing four-month timeframe that started during the dead of winter. Offering the utmost level of comfort to escape from the daily grind, the rooftop terrace addition delivers lush greenscapes, a green roof planting system with raised planters, and modern furnishings for employees to relax.

Between the coordination of the structural steel, the tight urban environment, and bringing a green roof space to life during the middle of winter, this project required a general contractor ready to devise creative solutions to a variety of challenges in order to successfully deliver the project within the tight timeframe.
