The striking two-story dealership was thoughtfully designed and constructed to reflect the energy of the Hudson Automotive brand, offering abundant natural light and open, welcoming spaces throughout. The first floor features a grand showroom, expansive sales offices, and a sophisticated vehicle delivery area surrounded by a modern glass bi-folding door system – seamlessly blending indoor refinement and outdoor adventure environments.
Above, the second story provides critical operational space, including workstations, private offices, and conference rooms to support dealership operations. Atop this level, employees and clients can relax on the outdoor covered terrace, complete with a built-in kitchenette and raised pedestal paver system. This unique amenity was designed to foster connection and community within the dealership team and clients.
Dealership Construction Focused on Customer Service
The dealership’s service center includes workstations, private offices, and conference rooms to support dealership operations. The facility is outfitted with multiple service bays, wash bays, tread readers, alignment pits, and a full-speed accessory shop, ensuring customers receive expert service and maintenance for their vehicles.
The Choate project team overcame extensive soil remediation to prepare the site before going vertical with the impressive dealership structure. The result is a modern, customer-centric facility that reflects both the legacy of the brand and the vibrant growth of the Hendersonville community.
