A dedicated member of the Choate Construction team for more than 30 years, Chad’s leadership and deep commitment to safety have played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s culture and operational excellence. Throughout his tenure, he has consistently demonstrated the highest standards of care, accountability, and integrity. These values continue to guide Choate’s approach to safety companywide.

These results, along with multiple honors from the Associated General Contractors of America’s Construction Safety Excellence Awards, underscore the firm’s commitment to creating safe, healthy work environments for every employee-owner, trade partner, and client.
