If you were to create a slogan for your life, what would the slogan be?

“You get what you give.” Between the effort I have always placed into personal and professional relationships, I like to think the result has played a large part in the abundantly healthy group of individuals, teams, and organizations I have the pleasure of being involved with today.

What’s the best gift you’ve ever received?

The gift of siblings. Many, if not all, of my memories growing up involve my brother and sister, and with that comes laughter. Still today, with one as far as 2,500 miles away, I stay connected to my siblings, always sharing large life events and everyday stories.

What aspect of your role do you enjoy the most?

Getting to know people I typically would not meet under other circumstances. Uniquely, my background before construction was in psychology. The interest in finding commonalities, differences, and the science behind behavioral interactions will never cease to entice me.
