Following the successful delivery of Lincoln Tech’s East Point, Georgia campus in early 2024, Choate Construction renovated a former warehouse in Nashville, transforming the 127,000-SF space into a fully modernized training environment. The East Point facility served as a design and programmatic blueprint, helping ensure continuity in student experience and instructional quality across both campuses.
Hands-On Facilities That Match Industry Demand
The Nashville campus is equipped with advanced features tailored to the needs of today’s trades students. It includes 120 welding booths, 21 classrooms, and a fully outfitted collision repair lab. A 26-bay Auto, Diesel, and Heavy Equipment training center provides immersive, real-world learning, giving students the opportunity to work with the same tools and equipment they’ll encounter in the field.
