Choate is pleased to announce Christian Davis has joined the team as a Preconstruction Manager in the Atlanta office.

Most recently employed at New South Construction as an Assistant Preconstruction Manager and previously at The Conlan Company, Davis brings extensive experience in multiple markets such as industrial, higher education, medical office buildings, renovation, and the federal market.  His responsibilities will include estimating, scheduling, budgeting, permitting, purchasing, and subcontractor selection for projects from programming through completion.

Davis offers immense expertise in various delivery methods including Design-Build, Hard Bid, and CM at Risk.  He is a graduate of Southern Polytechnic State University with a Bachelors degree in Construction Management.
