We're excited to announce the completion of Seohan

We're excited to announce the completion of Seohan Auto Georgia Manufacturing Plant, a 300,000-SF electric vehicle auto parts manufacturing facility in Midway, GA! Strategically located near Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America, this state-of-the-art facility includes:

✅ 88,000 SF of manufacturing and production space
✅ 152,000 SF of distribution and warehouse space
✅ 15,000 SF paint shop
✅ 33,000 SF sleek office space, featuring a two-story glass staircase and modern amenities

Built for future expansion, this project is ready to support Seohan's growth, with advanced systems like six production lines, automated racking and picking systems, a ESFR fire sprinkler system, dedicated backup power, and advanced utilities. Check out the link in our bio to learn more.

Congratulations to the Clements Ferry Pavilion pro

Congratulations to the Clements Ferry Pavilion project team on a successful topping out! Alongside @muschealth, @thekeithcorporation, @mpsarchitecture, @thomasandhutton, and esteemed guests, our team celebrated the completion of the medical office building's structural phase with a beam signing and topping out ceremony, placing the 1,648th and final steel beam.

The four-story, 80,000-SF facility will provide increased access to care for those in surrounding communities, bringing much-needed access to specialty services closer to home.

We're honored to work alongside our talented partners in bringing this critical medical space to the Charleston area.

The Cape Fear Medical Office Building is officiall

The Cape Fear Medical Office Building is officially complete, ahead of schedule and under budget! Located adjacent to the Central Harnett Hospital in Lillington, NC, this 66,000-SF medical facility stands as the first cancer treatment center in the county, saving patients significant travel time.

With three stories comprised of metal panels, brick, stone, and glass curtainwall, the space offers a variety of specialty medical services, providing patients with advanced cancer treatments and therapies.

Altogether, the facility includes 14 chemotherapy infusion bays, a linear accelerator, retail pharmacy and pharmacy lab, a phlebotomy lab with a negative pressure room for mixing medications, CT and X-ray rooms, medical and administrative offices, and an outdoor healing garden.

Thank you to our talented partners for your hard work in achieving the successful delivery of this complex, much-needed medical facility!

The North Village Campus Housing project at @jacks

The North Village Campus Housing project at @jacksonvillestateuniversity is officially complete! This four-story campus housing features a storm shelter located on the ground floor to support the University's effort to "build back better" after significant destruction from an EF-3 tornado.

The facility houses 516 freshman and sophomores in suite and semi-suite style units. To maximize on-campus parking for students, the project team performed extensive rework to the existing surface parking areas over the summer to ready the grounds before students returned for school in the fall. Our team continues the partnership with @rise_realestate and @nilesbolton_assoc on Phase 2 of the campus' ongoing development, which will include two additional residence halls to further increase capacity for students.
