If you could travel back in time, what period would you go to?

The 1920s, and honestly the Industrial Revolution too. The 20s have that style and energy, think Peaky Blinders meets speakeasy culture, and the Industrial Revolution is where America's whole building boom took off. Hard to pick just one.

What could you give a 40-minute presentation on with absolutely no preparation?

Logistics, concrete construction, or leading teams. These are the areas I work in day to day, so I could speak to any of them without notes.

If you could tell one person "Thank You" for helping you become the person you are today, who would it be and what did they do?

Keith Smith. He was my mentor early in my career and taught me the leadership principles I still rely on today.
