- Bourbon. Oh, and communication – never underestimate the power of face-to-face conversations, or at least using a phone for what it was originally invented for!

- The only easy day was yesterday. You are not entitled to anything except more hard work. Attack each day with energy and enthusiasm as though it were critical to your success and the success of your organization.
