Best: Self-acceptance Worst: My brain says, “YES, do it!” but my body says, “Let’s think about that a little longer...”

What’s the most surprising self-realization you’ve had?

In the professional setting, there are pivotal moments to connect with others through showing personal vulnerabilities. It is in these times I have created the deepest connections with people leading to long-lasting relationships, because to me, vulnerabilities don’t show weakness but rather self-awareness.
