Forty unique buildings are sprawled across the rolling hills outside of the university, comprised of wood-frames, hardiboard panels and brick, accented with prefabricated architectural timber beams. Buildings range in size and shape; there are 20 single-family duplexes, 4 chalets, 4 lodges, and 4 quads.  The impressive clubhouse features saunas, outdoor bar area, fitness center, and an elaborate swimming pool and deck.
