Constructed on a 38.5-acre site, Great Point Studios is a full-service studio and entertainment campus south of Atlanta. The project consists of approximately 465,000 SF of office space, as well as production and sound stages, storage and warehouse space, and a full-service kitchen. Structures within the campus feature a mix of concrete tilt-wall, pre-engineered metal buildings, and structural steel with masonry veneer construction.
