Wade III

At 105,772 SF, Wade III brings four floors of Class A speculative office space to the Wade Park campus. Clad in architectural precast, brick-faced precast, and curtain wall, the steel-framed structure is the third office building in master-planned development. Interior features include granite flooring and wood wall panels within the building’s lobby. Sustainable features of the LEED-Gold-certified building include energy efficient mechanical and plumbing systems, LED lighting, enhanced commissioning, and rooftop solar panels.

Wade IV

Wade IV offers four stories of LEED-Gold-certified speculative office space for various tenants. Surrounded by brick and architectural precast plus a curtainwall facade, the striking core and shell steel-framed building mirrors Wade III.

Tenants and visitors alike are welcomed into the lobby featuring granite flooring and wooden wall panels. Wade IV offers efficient use of land with a 159-space surface and covered parking deck. Sustainable features include LED lights, solar roof panels, low-flow plumbing fixtures, extensive regional materials, and energy efficient mechanical systems.

Wade V

Wade V is the final building completed within the development and serves as a central landmark for the community’s Class A office and luxury residential tenants. This six-story, 209,000-SF core and shell building was delivered ahead of schedule and within budget.

Designed as a speculative office building, the structure features an almost column-free floorplate to provide maximum flexibility for future tenants. A prominent colonnade connects the building to a covered 4.5-story precast parking deck. In addition, a separate two-story parking deck was constructed, bringing total parking capacity to 609 spaces across both structures. After the completion of Wade V, electric vehicle charging stations were added to each office building.

Wade V achieved LEED v4 BD+C: Core & Shell Gold certification in recognition of its sustainable design and construction features. The project team also earned a North Carolina Building Star certification, the highest safety standard on commercial jobsites within the state.
